Lagers was founded in 1995 as a spin-off the highly successful Bulldog in the Garden District of New Orleans. We wanted to have the same great features that The Bulldog had, but we had to do it on a very commercialized street making it a real challenge to create a concept that could fit in with the big franchises. Lager's is more popular than ever as we continue to add new menu items for the ever-changing taste of our patrons.
